Playhouse is a membership based facility designed for P L A Y.

The playhouse is a community organisation run by a volunteer committee of parents.

Get out of the house and come and enjoy time with your little ones, grab a cuppa while your little ones play in a safe space with new friends.

 
 
 

A place to play

The Playhouse is open to babies, toddlers and pre-school aged children Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5.00pm. Members are welcome to visit as often as they like within these times. We have regular musical entertainers, celebrations and coffee and tea available.

 

What we offer

  • A secure backyard filled with play equipment, swings, cubbies, balls, and ride on toys, bikes and scooters.

  • Two craft areas - a monthly rotation of fun craft activities and free expression, and a painting area for budding artists.

  • Three indoor play spaces with different toys and areas to explore.

  • A library of accessible books.

  • Soft play area for our littles explorers

  • An outdoor mud kitchen for use on the hottest days.

  • Monthly events and activities for making memories and learning about the world.

  • A fully equipped kitchen for drinks and food preparation.

  • Children's toilets and hand basins as well as changing facilities.

  • A welcoming community of parents and friends.

  • Available for weekend party hire - current members only -

We provide membership opportunities annually and by term and can host up to 100 member families.

A committee of management is formed each year to oversee the smooth operation of the playhouse. The committee will discuss and decide on policy issues and procedures. We are always on the lookout for additional committee members to help us make the Playhouse the best it can be. We’d love you to consider joining us.
